Somewhere during our dinner conversation, as we spoke of the Burger Smackdown and Andrew’s scallion pancake recipe from Sunday’s paper, we came to observe that all three contestants have a partiality towards the cuisines of Asia. I don’t know if there is any meaning to this – but it is interesting.
